When will my order be shipped?
All orders will be shipped with USPS from the United States and will be dispatched within 3-5 business days.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email including your tracking information. The email will be issued once your items are packed and ready to be shipped out. If you didn't receive your shipping confirmation email, contact us at info@pinkclarity.com
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
What is your return policy?
Items must be returned within 7-days of delivery, and unworn in their original packing. Pink Clarity reserves the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that are sent back in poor condition. Please note that Pink Clarity does not reimburse customers for the shipping cost associated with returns and exchanges. Lastly, we do not accept returns on sale or discounted items as they are ineligible for returns.
What is your exchange policy?
Items must be exchanged within 7-days of delivery, and unworn in their original packing. Please note that Pink Clarity does not reimburse customers for the shipping cost associated with returns and exchanges. Also, a return shipping fee of $25 will be charged for returns that are shipped outside of the USA. The shipping fees are deducted from the refund amount. We do not accept exchanges on sale or discounted items as they are ineligible for exchanges.
How do I return or exchange an item?
If you've met the above requirements, you may email info@pinkclarity.com to complete a return or exchange request. Please ensure the order number is included in the email.
Then ship the return or exchange to the mailing address: 1990 N California Blvd, Suite 20 Walnut Creek, CA 94596
Once we receive and overlook the return, we will process the return.
Once we receive and overlook the exchange, we will issue a store credit for the item.
How long will my return or exchange take to process?
We will process all exchanges as soon as they arrive at our headquarters. Please wait for an email confirming your store credit code details.
What do I do if my item arrives damaged?
Pink Clarity inspects all merchandise before packing and shipping. In the rare case of your jewelry arriving damaged, please email info@pinkclarity.com within 72 hours of order delivery, including the order number and photos of the damaged items. All damages and exchanges will be determined according to each case.
